  My mother's experience in this facility was a nightmare......the staff is lazy , rehab is marginal it is not rated well in terms of its rehab program ( which we didn't know at the time) they lost my mothers bridges...so you can imagine what a nightmare that was............the staff does not help these elderly patents at all...in fact they are rather rude, dismissive and uncaring Oh and did I mention they were giving my mother the wrong meds............................food is awful ....... we took my mother out of the facility ................. my mother left Putnam in worse shape then she came in I have nothing good to say about the staff and this facility if you can avoid this place................ please do so
